The location was great. It sat right next to the beach. Staff were VERY friendly. The breakfast selection suited everyone's needs.
I found the floors of the room to be quite dirty. Dirt stuck to the bottom of my feet. The maid did not sweep or mop, even after waiting hours to get the room key. It WAS a bit disappointing.

I found a couple of issues . The floors werent cleaned well in my room. My socks became dirty every time I walked around. the hotel seemed unsure of its identity. Loud music played near the pool. It made it seem more for young people than families.

The staff was bilingual, friendly, and informative. Each morning, I observed housekeeping diligently cleaning balcony glass. I found the hotel well maintained. I enjoyed a range of fresh fruit at breakfast each day.
The sloping shower floor was quite slippy, I had to be extra careful each time I used it.
